Burley was a lovely area. Train station five minutes walk. Local shops. Lovely neighbours. Such a pity about Let Leeds being so awful or I definitely would have stayed.

loud street with noise throughout night most evenings, but close to shops and Osborne road

Close to Queens and UUJ bus. Also close to the Hatfield, which was great but also meant it was very loud on Sunday and Tuesday nights. This house is in the holylands so there’s some noise but nothing terrible.

Absolutely fine, on botanic so convenient for groceries and transport. Pretty quiet area.

Shirley is a bit of a mixed-bag when it comes to property; transport is regular. The area can be a little rough.

Slap bang in the middle of town, barely 100 steps from the beach with bus links to everywhere and a 15 minute walk to the train station, you couldn't ask for a better location

Parking is a nightmare, if you live here, it's best not to drive at all

Location is ok. Very close to Westfield and good transport by bus and underground with central and circle lines.

Great location to St Peters Campus, the beach, gym and local supermarkets. You have virtually everything there. Unfortunately, the neighbors were not that great. After 8PM you can't do ANYTHING. Any tinny noise and they knock on your door.

great area - right by the bars/clubs, bit dangerous but thats all part of the fun

Nelson Street is a great area - about 8 minutes walk from the Students' Union and also to ALDI and Marks and Spencer. Mostly friendly neighbours, except one house that was relentless with unnecessary complaints and general rudeness.
