Quite a nice area - good shops nearby and near the river. Felt safe and the building was kept well.

It is very near Baker Street and Marylebone. The road is noisy of course but there are plenty of amenities close by open everyday until late. Public transport is close and Marylebone high street is not far away. Good shops restaurants and pubs as well

2 minute walk from shops, 7 minute walk from uni.
Crookesmoore road is a great location for students although the bins are always left out.

It is isolated which was good and bad but very noisy due to the proximity to a busy road. My landlord made it a misery to live there.

Excellent location. For example, less than a minutes to University and shops. It is a cheap taxi ride to the hospital. As well as near bus station and railway station. However, can get terribly noisy at night and there is litter in the streets.

Friendly neighbours, community feel, band together and will support you. Had chats with many people on this street and no problem with anyone whatsoever. Shop directly across the road so that's really convenient as well as a nice park just down the road. Well connected area with buses so often its impossible not to see one driving past. Connections also to the motorway and out of Manchester due to location.

The tenants felt unsafe in the area. The actual street was nice for the first few years but then loads of people moved inwho had very different views to the family neighbourhood and this largely involved outdoor parties on a Monday morning 3-6am and the smell of cannabis everywhere. The area itself is well known round Lincoln but within walking distance to town and shops.

Nice, quiet, close to the town centre. Hoddesdon is nice. Like the area, shame about the landlady.

Good transport links, very close to shops and amenities. Parking on road, not too difficult to get space.

Close to co-op and good bus links, approx. 30min walk to Waterside Campus and 10 min walk to Avenue campus.
