Lovely village and surrounding area. Great school just down the road. That's why we chose to move there

Apart from the begging outside Tesco the area is ok transport is fantastic 24 hour bus service

Ok area well connected on the district and Piccadilly line. Easy and quick to get to central London.

Very safe right next to buses and overground . Very convenient for working in central London.

The neighbourhood will be the other people that are renting rooms in the house.
These people are hospital rejects who had no where else to go.
One tenent is a glue sniffer, another likes to leave trickles of urine and dung from the toilet to her door and the final tenent is an unpleasant alchoholic.
Your neighbours are people you need to watch (the landlord watches, just does not do anything)
Outside neighnours wilk quickly reject you when they figure out where you live.

The neighborhood was mostly quiet; you could find a mix of students and families. We had an instance of antisocial neighbours behaviour but it was no major issue. The house is very well connected to University, the Hospital, the train station and the Harborne High Street.

The neighbourhood was quiet and just a short walk away from the high street. Connections with uni and the city center were a bit slow but acceptable.

Good transport links in local area, lots of nice cafes - but very concrete. Ravenscourt Park is nice to run around.

Same here - good neighbourhood, bad landlord. Rotherhite is a lovely place to be, but there are plenty of other people to rent from.
