Co-op at the top of the street, 10min walk from QUB, 20min walk from city centre, fairly quiet area most of the time.

Constant parking issues, plus neighbours stealing parking cones and then denying it!

Great locality. All the shops and restaurants yu need in immediate area of Burton Road and Newport.
Very close to BGU and town centre only a 20 mins walk away.

The neighbourhood was ok, sometimes you could hear the TV and the neighbours talking or yelling but it was ok. The previous tenant before me had her car mirrors broken and license plates stolen, but maybe that was just bad luck. There is no parking space if you have a car.

The neighbourhood is lovely and it’s a pity that my experience here has been such a shambles as it has the potential to be a lovely home if things were just fixed in a timely manner and the cleaner that was advertised actually existed.

Good student area. Access to public transport and small shops/takeaways. Parking very limited.

some shops around like Lidl, but neighbourhood was not safe to walk around a gang of men were on the doorsteps every night from 9pm until 6am, taking drugs and drinking - police never resolved it when called, only moved them a few steps away

good buses and tube nearby, gym 2mins away

very smelly hallway leading to the flat

Lovely setting. Quite remote. Good walks and parking aplenty, but not easy to walk to any local schools or amenities.
