Rude and disgusting attitude to students who never took them seriously. Were told that there was nothing they could do when we moved in about the cleanliness of property. Ignoring emails and unreasonable dispute over the cleanliness of the property when we moved out even though it was cleaned to an extremely high standard and cleaner than when we moved in. Make sure pictures with time and date stamps are taken of everywhere in house when moving in especially behind radiators and fire extinguishers as they will charge for dust on skirting board. Also charge illegal registration fees and also admin fees. I would suggest to be there when inspections are being carried out at start and end of property to ensure everything is picked up on and pictures are taken by them and signed written acknowledgement of state of property by both you and agent. So much stress and time was wasted on arguing with these people and 3 out of 4 people in the house ended up in hospital from stress-related illnesses and anxiety. In addition many colds and chest infections were had during the year due to the mold which was there when we moved in and not dealt with. They attempted to repaint property and it still didn't cover up mold and nothing was done about it dispite complaints to agent, their response was nothing more can be done. Creaky floors upstairs, and floors lifting in kitchen and bathrooms. Can hear everything from neighbors and between rooms. Hole in behind tumble dryer let mice and rats into kitchen, was fixed but highlights the disgustingness of property and lack of cleanliness from agency.

Slugs in kitchen, mold in bedrooms and living room, wall crumbling away in living room and shower grout disgusting. Cobwebs on ceilings and extractor fans full of fluff and dust. Oven covered in grease and grim. Health hazard. All supposed to be professionally cleaned before entering property

close to queens, and may shops including tesco, co-op and centra and takeaways, bars and cafes. Neighbors are noisy and church bells wake you up on Sundays.
