Landlord review for Martin King, Belfast

Landlord rating: 4
Slow to reply or don’t at all.
Will occasionally repair stuff or replace, but will show up unannounced far too often.

Letting agent review for 360 Residential, Belfast

Agency rating: 1
Charged what turns out is an illegal application fee, then once put in contact with the landlord, washes their hands of any responsibility

Property review for 138 Agincourt Avenue, Belfast, Belfast

Property rating: 2
3 bedrooms, decent sized.
Flat not at all insulated, some windows single pane, mold in every room, especially bathroom where fan does nothing to clear condensation and there is no other form ventilation.
Only advice given to leave vents and windows open, only serves to cause death by freezing and doesn’t even clear condensation or help with mold.
