Property rating
Good during summer. Once the cold and wet nights returned the place start falling apart. A shower leak was never fixed despite multiple requests. This leaked down into the kitchen where damp was rampant and meant several plugs were broken and unsafe. Eventually the roof of the kitchen fell through. I cam home one day to find it gone without notice, exposing the wiring and the extent of the damage the wet had done to the floor above and ground floor ceiling. Repairs that were needed in my room and that were assured to be fix before moving in weren't complete.
