Landlord rating
Basically no repairs were done. Took my flatmate 6 months to get curtains in her room and she had no blinds. Boiler pressure went before Christmas and was never repaired. At the end of our tenancy he tried to fine us for damages that occurred before we moved in and tried to use pictures taken years ago as proof. He tried to fine us for leaving ONE PENNY on the ground. Awful

Premier student property were ok. They were easy to get in contact with but did not sort any repairs, everything had to go through the landlord. They were great at the end with mediating between us and the landlord.

Very steep stairs up to flat. 4 rooms, one massive and one tiny with no headboard on the bed. No mould. Carpet on the stairs in the flat was disgusting and the living room was tiny and smelt strongly of smoke from previous tenants. Apart from that, it did the job and was easy to heat all year round.
