Landlord rating
He’s so lovely! Promptly deals with problems in the house and never questions it or tells us that we need to fix it. Pops in every so often to check if we’re okay. Had to do some essential building work over Xmas and gave us £50 for the inconvenience and one of the girls £150 for inconvenience as it was her room it concerned. He gave us money for some drinks over Christmas and bought us all Easter eggs at Easter. Can’t fault him!

Very easy to contact and were great when we need help or more time on decisions etc. Gave out advice about keeping noise down around holidays like paddy’s day or nye so we don’t get in trouble with the uni etc.

6 rooms, all are doubles but 1 is a rather small double. The landlord repainted all the rooms and redid one of the bathrooms before we moved in in September 2018. Kitchen definitely needs some improvement from aging but the landlord is aware and I think is planning some improvements. 1 toilet, 2 showers and 1 bathroom.

Fairly quiet street as it’s a dead end almost. Good busses and okay shops near by, not too close to a supermarket though.
