Some wonderful neighbors living close.
Some times you would police patrol the area at night.
Good shops clolse in walking distance.

I lived in that Paddington for 7 years and it was the best. Close to shops, lots of transports options.

It's Filton. Students and council homes mostly, but at least it isn't Lockleaze.

Lots of take-aways and convenience shops around though.

3/10, only one case of arson in the immediate area during my time there.

Area was quite good, the school next door gave a few issues with kids climbing in the garden etc 10 min walk to town

Good area, lots of parks nearby, good access to hackney wick, Shoreditch etc. Can be bait rough at times though.

Neighborhood was ok during the day, but felt unsafe during the night due to the people drinking alcohol and being loud.

Neighbours very polite. A few troubles some houses further down the road but never any significant issue.

Worst road in the golden triangle. Terrible neighbours who make false complaints to the university. Very difficult to find parking.

Full of students, nice cafes around, all necessary shops etc. Good transport links. Sometimes noisy.

Lovely area. Good transport links. Great schools and lots of countryside. That's why we chose to move there
