Neighbourhood and local area reviews for renting in United Kingdom

Close to shops and bus stops. But high rate of criminality we had a bike stolen this year

The neighborhood is a student area and close to various amenities. Waitrose and Aldi are nearby as well as various bars.

Close to friends and the university but it's incredibly loud from all the students. Not a particularly nice place to live but it's useful.

The area was nice overall, quite quiet as there were mostly families living around. Some neighbours were not quite as friendly though and we've had some issues.

The neighbourhood was reasonable, close to the shops and the university, with a supermarket next door. The only real issue was the frequent and terrible singing from the neighbouring property.

Student area of Selly Oak is very close to the university of Birmingham (10 min walk) so perfect for getting to lectures. Aldi also very close by (5 min walk). Being a student area it can be quite load with parties going on nearby

Good transport links and near other students. Good distance from uni for the price!!!

Very very close to station, alright selection of shops. Student area, so neighbours are loud & there is often noise late into the night. Would Not recommend if not a student.

Great neighbours and community.

House was mess. Was a work site when we moved in. Multiple problems, most of which never got resolved.
Agency a disgrace. They treated us like misbehaved children and repeatedly lied to us.

Please don’t make the mistake of renting any property from them.

Neighbourhood ok. Neighbours INSANE. Never lived anywhere where your general wellbeing is of absolutely no consequence.
