Bournville is beautiful, full of quaint properties with a great vibe of British village life.

The best thing about this house is the surrounding area! Very close to the train station and Lidl/ASDA.
Not too far a walk after a night out afterwards!

Only downside to this property is the parking, you need to park a good 5 mins away from the property.

bus stop outside, grand shopping park down the road, 30 min walk to uni, 20 min to Godiva Statue.
somewhat run down with many questionable individuals on the streets. Beggars soliciting for cash on your commute.

Selly Oak is a great student suburb, very close to the university and has lots of amenities.

Selly oak is selly oak but quieter end of road so not too much noise but still good distance to campus

It's Selly Oak, it's not great, but it's a good spot for a student. Close to campus and shops but far enough away to escape the noise, mostly.

Quiet and near to the university so good, had no problems living round here except a few parties every so often but that's expected.

Neighbourhood is great and very safe. Edgbaston is lovely but this is not because of the agency.

Supermarkets, train station, and university only a short walk away. Location is very convenient.

Noisy at times because of the bar around the corner -cove. Noisy when people walk past drunk at night. Very convenient place though for lectures.
