Great location. Very close to Herne Hill and North Dulwich. Quiet street, good shops and restaurants nearby.

Herne Hill is nice and the flat is very close to the station. Unfortunately it's by a busy road so very loud at all hours and the window rattle when anything drives past.

There are also some very loud neighbours of questionable character, though obviously that's not something the landlord can do much about.

Lovely neighbourhood, next to the Police Station and the other next door neighbours were lovely. Small cul de sac just on the edge of the small market town centre. Quiet and peaceful while still being central and convenient.

Bangor is actually rather rough. The pier is kinda nice when they're not closing it to stop it falling down

Great local area, close to bus and train station and all the shops in southgate. Neighbours were good but you aren't able to get a parking permit for this address. Closest parking is southgate or manvers street.

It’s an okay area to live in, I just would never recommend renting with SP Property. Ever.

Very close to town and supermarkets which is very convenient. 20 minute walk from the University.

Not a bad area. Great for students. Next to morrisons so easy shopping, in upper Bangor so close to most university buildings, and bus stop for morrisons just 30 seconds away from front door. Only issue is sometimes people are a tad noisy when cutting down the alleyway to lower Bangor.

Very close to uni and town centre but can get loud as a result of students coming and going from nights out
