The worst I've ever had. Scammy with rent increases, deposit and interest on one late payment which only occurred due to a technical issue with standing order and was rectified within a few weeks. Very very petty. Significant rent increase at end of contract duration. Kicked us out on refusing to pay the increase and gave us bad references for our next tenancy which put it at risk. Rent with at own risk!

Fine but landlord slow to fix problems, so leeks caused damp. Also very small property only suitable for 1 person who doesn't own very much at all.
