Avoid like the plague. Worst landlord I've ever had, shows up at the property all the time. Seems friendly but is incredibly two faced and clearly prioritises money and the property over the tenants.

Decent place but small rooms. Not worth the cost of £130pw bills included - should be more like £70pw really. You'll be living with 15 other people in a house definitely not suitable for that many in an obvious attempt to milk as much money as possible from the place. In its defence there's plenty of showers and always a stove or oven but incredibly difficult to get a wash done. Don't expect any quiet or privacy, even when the other tenants are reasonable there's just too many people and it only takes one bad egg to ruin your entire tenancy.
