Really close to University which makes it ideal for students. It has poor parking opportunities although. Its close to local amenities like tescos.

Chapel Street was fantastic. The area is clean , bright and safe and hosts some of the nicest cafes and shops in Salford. It is also very close to Manchester, at only a 10 minute walk from Manchester Arndale, making it very good for people that travel towards the city.

Well connected with access to loads of facilities. Near town and my University. Lots of buses.

Nice enough but not if you want a quiet life. Not recommended for people with a dislike of pub traffic

The area is excellent for students and it is very convenient location, 5mins walk from university. Also, there is Tesco supermarket within 15mins walk reach, Coop 7mins reach. It is very safe and quiet area surrounded by residents.

Next to Tesco and a great chinese takeaway, what more could you want. Also has easy access to the number 50 bus to uni.

It was ok. However, there are no good shops around and its a bit far from the city centre.

This specific property (one of a few of his) is in South Kensington. The area is nice and has great transport connections, but the conservative borough council are incredibly unhelpful with tenancy issues.

Perfect distance between the Main University building and pubs! No parking except for the university parking area very close by but that worked out ideal. Some issues with litter on the road above, with bins often spilled over but nothing too troublesome; our neighbour seemed more upset and blamed us for it.

Avoiding the immediate vicinity which is a public park. The wider area is idillic with easy access to countryside so close to London.
The town is well considered.
Good rail and road links.
