Good Location..

Quiet area down a small road. It's a pretty area close to the royal crescent on one side and the higher areas of bath where there are really nice views on the other side. Can walk to Morrisons in around 15 minutes. There is a primary school and doctor's surgery on the road so can get busy with cars.

Lovely neighborhood with great transport links and shops close by.

Nice area to walk the dog nearby and getting better all the time but have heard horror stories of muggings very close to the building location.

The neighbors are delightful, and I frequently visit other houses for a drink and to socialize. However, the neighbors outside the courtyard can be quite noisy, with lots of shouting, loud music, and the revving of motorcycles. Additionally, there is a pub nearby that plays loud music on weekends. Nevertheless, living right in town, it's not surprising to experience such vibrant and bustling surroundings.

The neighbours were great. Really kind and welcoming only reason why it isn’t full stars is the busy road and the house had huge holes in it so you could hear everything from a bird sneezing to a car going past. It’s also on route for all emergency services made worse by the holes in the side of the house in the form of “vents”.

Tons of shops nearby. A lidl is a 5 minute walk away, also a spar 3 minutes away. Big sainsburys 20 minute walk away and buses into town 3-5 minute walk away. Parks are also very close to the property too. Great location.

Neighbourhood is generally clean and quiet. Only real issues are the very busy main road at the front of the property which is meant to be 20mph, but cars absolutely fly down. Parking is difficult at times and in summer your car will get covered in tree sapphire and bird pooh.

Very quiet neighbourhood even with a primary school opposite but the neighbourhood is in poor condition. No amenities, buses run very infrequently and very dirty surroundings especially the bin area downstairs which was just absolutely repulsive.
