Peckham is great. Transport links good. It's a shame people like this are exploiting the market making it hard for people who work in the area to stay there

Close to shops and transport. Nice area of Bristol. House itself run down and not been cared for.

Local area is really good. Off license a few doors down, Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express max 5 minute walk away from the property. Indian restaurant directly opposite and a takeaway next to the off license.

Bus stops on Derby Road for the City, University Park and Jubilee Campuses, as well as travel to further afield - again a 5 min walk from the house. The bus stop directly outside the house gets very sparse service.

About a 25-30 minute walk into Nottingham city centre, and about 25 minutes to University Park campus.

The centre of Hove is great for socialising.
It is however noisy. Busses are in constant use but stop from 3am till 5am.

There are also a number of regular altercations on the high street due to random people (from nearby care homes, or shelters) acting out very loudly.
This also happens with drinkers as they go back home from the nearby pubs late at night.

Crowthorne is a nice village and and the neighbors were okay. Easy access to both the M3 and M4.

Nice area. The roundabout by Manor House can be dodgy but it’s connected to lovely places in hackney.

Marchmont is lovely, no complaints about the neighbourhood. Mainly students, with good pubs and food

Not a bad neighbourhood. Building is secure (if the front door is fixed). Its close by to the town and both unis.
