Quiet and good neighbourhood. Residential on other side of street. Sometimes there is traffic.

Good location to bristol road and also to uni, and not far from the park, had no issues with break ins

it’s close to campus and the shops and bus stops and it was easy to get around.
so that was good

We are next to a doctors and opposite a dentist so there is CCTV all around. It is 39 seconds from Tesco’s so it is super convenient. Honestly the best location! Takes about 8 minutes to get to the library.

Very student-friendly area of town. Useful high street nearby called Moorland Road. And local green areas.

~10-15 walk to closest tube stops - a bit far for central London
Decent bus access to compensate
Otherwise, very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. 2 blocks from the fruit sellers of Portobello Road and across from a decent park.
Very dog-friendly, but unfortunately too many dog owners do not clean up after their dogs or leave the bags on the sidewalk. I've never seen any other neighbourhood this bad with dog poo not cleaned up.

Really close to train station, retail park, shops, and university. Not very clean (rats, bins etc were a problem)

The neighbourhood is pretty good. This property is right next to the train station. You have a small market, a bus stop, and a decent pub right across the road.

20 minute walk to Notting Hill, 10 minute walk to Queen's Park, 5 minute walk to high street with groceries. Opposite and next door to the property were noisy residents during the night on some occassions.

Good transport links, close to parks and good schools. Not walking distance to any big supermarkets.
