OK but near to a council estate

Theres was murder near the off license around 10 meters away in 2020

The neighbourhood was fine. We experienced virtually no issues whilst living here. Close to town, lidl and the student union

The area was very good. Close to the university, pubs, bars and supermarkets which made living there a lot easier.

Lovely neighbours, short drive to central bishops cleeve. Safe and quiet street, walking distance to several playgrounds

Nice local area with good connections. The area felt like I was in danger, as there was a few small crimes nearby but nothing major.

We have had a theft in the building but there were no CCTV to cover the area. There are numerous junkies in the area. Extremely noisy area that will essentially need double glazing windows but were not provided by the landlord.

Transportation is great. Shops close by. There is nothing more. Area is dodgy but ok.

Close to the beach, supermarket and town but feels very unsafe. In the time spent at this address, the street saw a murder and several drug busts. The windows were not thick enough to muffle the intoxicated people yelling on the street at all hours.

The area is ok, but they don't maintain or adhere to their contractual obligations, and are very rude to deal with.

The local area is great. It's a 5 minute walk to the STEM side of campus, the QMC or UoN tram stop are both very close by with a local convience shop (Bargain Booze) which wis well stocked. The big Tesco is a single tram ride away. It is a mostly student area so majority of neighbours will be students.
