Close to the beach, supermarket and town but feels very unsafe. In the time spent at this address, the street saw a murder and several drug busts. The windows were not thick enough to muffle the intoxicated people yelling on the street at all hours.

The area is ok, but they don't maintain or adhere to their contractual obligations, and are very rude to deal with.

The local area is great. It's a 5 minute walk to the STEM side of campus, the QMC or UoN tram stop are both very close by with a local convience shop (Bargain Booze) which wis well stocked. The big Tesco is a single tram ride away. It is a mostly student area so majority of neighbours will be students.

Long Ashton is a lovely area, great sense of community there and we were very sad to have to leave the village.

The local area is a mixed bag. The main road is smelly and dirty and the area is rife with fly tippers. There is however a very nice whatsapp group for keeping in touch with neighbours and those people seem mostly very lovely and normal.

Decent shops nearby but not a nice street to live on particularly. Rubbish left on the streets by the other houses and the smell of weed is incredibly strong always.

The transportation is convenient, there is a restaurant and coffee shop nearby, it is very close to the school, it is very convenient to go everywhere, it only takes 10 minutes to walk to the city center

The environment is good, there is a supermarket next to it, but the sound insulation is very bad, and I am often woken up by cars or loud people in the corridor. Nobody's going to dissuade loud people from keeping their voices down

Area is good for transport, shops, food and pubs, parking not so good.. bust road outside of property.

Right next to a Manchester Metro stop. Very few amenities in the area and not much sense of community, which did become more of a problem over time. We moved in during Covid (July 2020) so it was hard to view places and there wasn't much choice.
