Great links to the university and small highstreet less than 5 mins away with a Sainsburys. Only about 30 min walk to the city centre so everything super close!

Local transport links ok when buses turn up. Nothing to do in local area. No shops apart from spar. All closed down and now either take aways or nail/beauty bars.

Whilst a tenant in this property I witnessed two murders and numerous incidents of anti social behaviour. The two flats beneath me were used a brothel on numerous occassions. People came and went in the property so you never knew who your neighbour was. When I approached the agents about the brothels they did nothing to resolve the situation.

Bangor is what it is, but the landlady is easily the best I have had. It's clean, quite quiet, too.

Really nice area, great parks and quiet with young families. The main road has a lot of traffic. Better if you bike.

after we fixed everything, apartment was livable
i like the neighborhood but even if it's 5 star hotel standard at cabbage price, i won't rent from this landlord. Been renting and living for years but he is one in a million

The neighbourhood is fantastic! Without it, the house would just be another dive in another bad area.

Transportation is alright with around 10-15mins walk to the closet DLR station. However a skatepark is right behind the building, so you will always hear loud music from the skatepark at night. The residential parking is always blocked by cars parked by the parents from the school opposite

Very close to two bus stops; Newbridge Gardens towards Bath and Old Newbridge Hill towards Bristol. Both are served by the X39, 39 and A4 routes.
Lidl is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bus journey, and there are shops on Chelsea Road just past the Hortsmann Road bus stop.
Also a short walk to the Newbridge Park and Ride 21 route if that bus is required
