The area was decent. The flat was down the street from the city centre where there was a cinema, shops, restaurants, etc.

Fantastic neighbourhood. Mainline station to London, lovely local shops and people and surrounded by countryside.

The neighbourhood is quite serene and the neighbours are quite friendly and kind. The only saving grace.

Marylebone Central London can be a great place to live but if you flat if run by a rogue landlord and agent it's not so good.

Incredible location opposite Llandaff fields and minutes from a Co-op, cafes, take-away, hairdressers and pub.

In only 3 days I had police knocking on my door two times looking for some people with arest warrants, is noisy all the time, smells like marijuana everywhere even from the bath sink

Convicted s£x offender living NEXT DOOR. Despite knowing this information the landlord did not advise this and allowed a single mother with a 5 year old daughter to live in. While this is not illegal, morally this was outrageous putting a child at risk.

Infrequent and expensive buses. Only a Waitrose within walking distance, so expensive.

The street is not too clean, maybe a bit rough, but there is a bus stop nearby with buses to Stratford, also it is conveniently located to Plaistow station.

Bus at the end of the street going up to Keele university and Newcastle town centre. Good road links to the motorway. House is on an estate about 12 years old with new houses just being built on the road along from the property. The Walley's Quarry landfill being visible from the bedroom and very close to the houses at the bottom of the road means it's not a great neighbourhood to live in. Lots of students live in rental properties on the estate.
