Neighbourhood is okay. 12-14 minutes walk to Willesden Green, gym and shpping facilities nearby. Brent Cross is 25-30 minutes by bus. Overground is also 12-15 mnutes by bus. one neighbour listens to his Jamaican music in the garden every single evening in summer/early fall time which can go to your nerves, but he stops it before 9pm. The 1st floor tenants spit on your privacy, they are single minded girls who don't seem to respect night hours and sleeping times.

Sometimes it’s very loud due to partying neighbours, sometimes people tent to block road which causes a hassle for local bus drivers. Few times over weekend people were shouting near the property. In the property abusive tenant was making some parties with landlord for their friends - which was lasting till late night and making nearly impossible for me to fall asleep, as I need silence and quiet environment.

It’s a 50/50 area, not worth the price. I’m moving to much more peaceful and quiet location in same town, for more reasonable price.

Crime, drug taking. Its not great. Car broken into. Suppose you can go anywhere and it's the same.

Reasonable estate close to Corby town centre. Fairly quite and shops near by as well as bus.

The area of Pontcanna in Cardiff is beautiful - it's right next to a giant park and the local cafes and businesses are teeming with activity, all the way from a microbrewery to a tiny music venue that does jazz nights, there's something for anyone.

Excellent area but the big houses here being bought up and converted to flats for supported living and police out every 5 minutes

Camberwell is wonderful, full of great pubs and restaurants. The tube is approx 20 min walk to the tube, 10-15 min walk to Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill train stations, and well connected for many buses.

This property is on a lovely quiet cul de sac next to a really nice park.

The neighbourhood is very versatile.
Some streets are very dirty and full of houses in disrepair state. Some are very nice.
Close neighbours often have noisy parties.
Bishop's Park is very close and very enjoyable.
Fulham Road has a lot of nice shops and restaurants.
Close to bus lines to either Hammersmith or South Kensington.
