Landlord rating
The landlords were slow to act and often ignored issues. We had problems with the front door which exposed the flat to the winter chill, no heat source in the bathroom, no hot water on several occasions, and several other issues. The landlords took months to resolve problems. When I brought a claim for disrepair they had the cheek to say I was being devious as I waited for them to return my deposit first. All in all, an awful attitude and showed their true colours when I decided to fight for compensation after a year of problems.

Property rating
The flat is falling apart in places and has not been regularly maintained and decorated. On the surface it looks nice but then a plug socket falls out of the wall in your hand or the immersion water tank stops working.

Crowthorne is a nice village and and the neighbors were okay. Easy access to both the M3 and M4.
