Very peaceful, and we had no problem at all. They invited me for a coffee, and I visited my neighbour tens of times. When I had guests, they offered their parking place to me. They are a lovely bunch of people.

Extremely convenient for shops, leisure and transport. Lively street life outside, frequent sirens through the night. Lots of rubbish and often dubious characters hanging around at the back of the property.

It's not the nicest area of West bridefird, but it's only a ten mi.ite walk away, and there is a bus stop right outside, which is a 15 minute journey into the city centre.

The upstairs neighbour floor is very squeaking and they are moving around the house all day starting 7am ending after 11pm this property is very dirty and is not having any cleaning company at the end of tenancy is just an lady friend of them. Worst tenancy ever. You can t rest properly in this house 448 Marston Road

Fabulous location just a few minutes walk to the beach. Great local pub and a little village shop. There is a bus service but you do need a car to access shops etc but close enough to the city of Plymouth for commuting. Location, friends and work were the reasons I stayed and continue to stay in this area.

Lovely area, quick 5 minute walk to Winton high-street which is perfect for student jobs. Bus stop is a minute walk from the house too and an easy cycle to uni.

Easy access to transport ,but not too much shops around ..easy access to A27

Local neighborhood was very peaceful and beautiful. There is canal walk next to the property. High street is just 7 mins walk. Kings Langley railway station is 12 mins walk from the property.

Next door is a nightmare neighbour, fitted a new toilet with the soil vent pipe right opposite my lounge window so when I open it I get the smell of raw human sewage! They also break in to the side passage cutting the lock off the gate which the landlord wont assist with! Regular loud noise from next door which ive had to escalate to the council noise nuisance team. Additionally they park their cars regularly in front of my drive blocking me and visitors in!
The location is fairly good with reasonable access to motorway, and a very close by Tesco but need a car to get to town or other shops.
It does suffer with loud traffic noise, especially rush hour, and can hear motorway traffic at times at night and noise from the nearby Tesco including trucks late at night. Traffic noise makes the garden a noisy instead of peaceful place! There is a care home for people with learning disabilities opposite that you hear shouts and screaming from at all hours. Anti social neighbour next door, building work covered my car in dust and building debris, neither neighbour nor landlord could care less.

Quiet neighbourhood but busier road out the front that sees traffic almost all night.
