Very poor response regarding the state of the house, and when leaving and trying to get deposit back, then she scrutinised the house, which she had not done at all when giving it to me at the beguining of my tenancy. Both Landlady and state agency were unresponsive to the different requests to do with the general state of the property

When coming into the property last Sept 2022 the house was in a very poor state to say the least, dirt, rubbish everywhere, floor and surfaces were filthy. I had to take time off work and multiple trips to the tip to get the house to a decent state.
