I rented a 1-bed flat in Greencourt house.
The flat was in good condition, Furniture mostly new, some old . Both bedroom and living room had south facing windows and were very hot during summer - I used a portable aircon, otherwise it would have been a problem for me.
This flat had a parking space, but not all flats in the block did.
Unfortunately I had to have the council come and treat for 2 different kind of insect vermin while I lived there, which was eventually effective, but took some months. I got the impression that this would be a recurring problem in blocks of flats of this size.
