The bedrooms were average size, enough for double beds plus study desk. The whole house was rented furnished, communal areas were kitted out with TV, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Everything was presented cleanly and in a neat, cosy way. Bathroom was nicely done but has a major issue of wet rot with the floor gradually caving in, plus some of the electrical wiring of lights was dodgy so the lightings wouldn't come on properly.
