The conditions of the property was poor. The front door was not secure. The carpet was dirty and falling apart and old. There was wiring underneath the carpet. Doors were low quality, windows wouldn’t open or were broken. The balcony door wasn’t secure. The bathroom had mould on the cieling. The fridge had the last tenants rubbish behind it. Worst of all, there were mice and bed bugs. The rent was extortionate.
