The apartment itself is pretty new. The furnishings in the living room and wardrobes are still in good shape. Beds supplied by landlord were much less so.
Absolutely NO work was done prior to moving in. Condition of walls was particularly appalling with numerous stains. Also, scratches on floor.
The bath was beginning to show rust when we moved in because of lack of ventilation in the bathroom. Mould was also a problem due to lack of ventilation.
