Though the rooms in the property were spacious, the electricity is on a meter which was to be topped up by the agents. This quickly shifted to our (the tenant's) responsibility though it was stated in the Agreement that this was their duty on behalf of Landlord. We also have slugs in the house but no idea how they get in as well as a boiler in which the pressure drops repeatedly.
