Windows are old and open by themselves, and one window was faulty prior to moving in. This made the house cold and the landlord refused to repair the boiler to provide adequate and efficient heating.

The state of the property wasn't too great on moving in, mostly caused by mess from the landlord and wildlife.

On-street parking was not possible most of the time and the car had to be left on a different street.

The condition of the property was fair. the front room smelt of cat urine upon entry which took weeks to ventilate properly, a few windows were faulty and unsecured.
