In the first viewing everything seemed fine but as soon as I moved in I started to notice, in my opinion, that the house was in poor condition.There were marks, scuffs, rips and some broken furniture. Alex tended to leave his personal items and construction tools in the communal areas which could have caused a trip hazard.

I thought the house was in an awful condition. The landlord promised to fix things when I viewed the property and moved in,but several months went by but very little was sorted. I found the property was prone to mold.
