The property was in a horrible condition when I moved in. There was mould / rotting food in the fridge and it looks liked the property hadn't been cleaned by the cleaner in years. Was utterly disgusting.
Any issues raised with CityRooms took months to receive a response and then nothing was ever done about them so the property stayed in its extremely poor state.
