Property is by far the shabbiest on the street. Roof held together with plastic wrap, delapadated shed, tiles coming off the roof. Inside the furniture is falling apart, crappy beds, non functioning drawers and garden…

Cold and damp, expect clothes to develop mould, roof to leak onto your things, woodlice to infest some rooms (yet its somehow your fault) 2 bathrooms is good, Kitchen is okay, living room is useless
