The property has only had a lick of paint and one upgraded window in the 3 years+ I have been there. All windows except one to the coldest room are still single glazed. The exterior of the propery including the paint on window frames has been neglected.
It is quite small for 5 people but the living room is just about ok. Basically very cold and not a lot for the amount it costs. Decent back garden though. Basically no soundproofing.
