They generally respond fairly quickly to things. However they aren't that reasonable and quite picky about things. They seem to get a lot wrong and need us to point things out for them to make sure they're doing things right.
Not always that good as understanding what repairs need done etc.

The property has only had a lick of paint and one upgraded window in the 3 years+ I have been there. All windows except one to the coldest room are still single glazed. The exterior of the propery including the paint on window frames has been neglected.
It is quite small for 5 people but the living room is just about ok. Basically very cold and not a lot for the amount it costs. Decent back garden though. Basically no soundproofing.

Nice local area in the quiet back streets between Cowley and Iffley Road. Neighbours are a mix with lovely young families. A church has set up next door in the old school which should become a nice hub.
