Premier lettings, where to begin. I could start with it being the unprofessionalism, or maybe the inability to repair anything, actually it may be that all the above is due to a high turnover of staff. Irregardless of which of these it is, Premier lettings is quite possibly the most useless bunch of nit wits I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, the sheer lack of training and poor organisational skills made them asolutely below poor (I have worked in lettings previously and this is not commonplace so from experience Premier are genuinely shockingly bad) I hope this review makes them actually think about re-training various numbers of staff, but it probably won't as I doubt they will even look at this altogether when they can't even read tenants emails. All in all, I would avoid these agents at all costs, if you're looking in the area, there are plenty of other companies that are genuinely much better and actually nicer people as well. One last thing, good luck getting your deposit back.

The property was a 6 bedroom semi-detached student house on Divinity Road. Like many others on this road it was a student property, and like many student properties the bar wasn't set that high; however this property managed impressively to be not just absolutely crap but incredibly so. To give examples of this we are talking, mould in 4/6 bedrooms, exposed wires next to the bathtub and a disgustingly dirty kitchen that had been "professionally cleaned". All in all this property exceeded our expectations of not only being uninhabitable but incredibly vile also.

Area review for Cowley, Oxford

The local area was great, Divinity Road always is with great accessibility to the local pubs and clubs, as well as Oxford Brookes. I would really reccomend this road to second year Brookes students but make sure to vet your lettings agent before you choose a property as opposed to after.
