Atrocious in every way. They made up an illegal contract, threatened to evict us with an illegal notice period claiming the landlord wanted us to move (they didn't!), wouldn't protect our deposit (illegal), wouldn't respect our privacy (illegal), then tried to enter illegally when trying to sell the house. I had to complain on social media before I got the basic legal protections of UK tenancy law. It's hard to know whether they were incompetent, greedy, or vindictive. Likely a combination of all three. But I detest them for what they put us through.

The house was fine. Large, clean, although drafty and cold. No double glazing, as there was no incentive to save tenants money by fitting new windows. Poor insulation, making it hard to heat.

Pleasant. Friendly neighbours, although one was a hoarder with a garden full of broken down cars and electrical devices. Good transport links, good amenities, not an attractive area, but safe.
