HMO, 3 rooms of good size.
One bathroom (looks recently refurbished).
Garden.
One wall of one room prone to mould and possible infiltration, also some bathroom areas prones to mould.
Ground floor room, Leaving room and stairs: wooden floor quite old and noisy.
Good carpet upstairs
Leaving room and kitchen very small.
Not much usable space for storage.
