Stingy. Has no personal relationship with tenants whatsoever. After being disturbed by all of the repair works going on I asked for a small reduction in rent as compensation. She rudely told me it was not her fault and that she would not lose out.

Building is falling apart. Constantly interrupted almost every week by workmen carrying out repairs, scafolding going up outside, drains being fixed etc... don not expect to get much privacy living here!
