Landlord rating
The landlord's communication was so poor throughout our stay. The house had a hole in the wall, a leak in the roof, broken glass in the garden, an ant infestation, and unworking radiators - and he fixed maybe one of those problems in an entire year? The house was disgusting when we moved in, and when we moved out he fabricated stories about our deposit to try and avoid paying it back. Fortunately he had no evidence and was forced to re-pay it but repaid it back late, which caused us a lot of stress and anxiety. He has since upped the rent despite not fixing any of those issues. Steer clear!

The house was nice and big, with plenty of rooms and a large kitchen, However it was infested with red ants, there was mould (my bathroom was full of it); dust everywhere; leaks in the roof; and the garden was a mess, with broken glass/plastics etc. We asked the landlord multiple times to fix issues, and he fixed as little as he could get away with.

The neighbourhood is nice. The neighbours were really friendly and there are lots of nice places nearby. Just don't choose this house!!
