Landlord has caught us and others with fixed term tenancy and no break clause. Read your lease carefully! He will ask thousands of pounds to get out (it happened to us and to previous tenants. He is unreasonable no matter how long you stay. Avoid dealing with this guy.

The property is typical for the period. However, landlord needs to upgrade the front windows. They dont close well and very very cold in winter along with sky high energy bills.
