Landlord rating
The landlord initially seemed friendly, but we thought it was all a bit of a front. He was clearly desperate to get a deposit out of us and get us to sign the contract . We had a few questions and kept saying 'he would have to go back to the office to discuss'. When we googled his office address, it's actually just a mailbox in Oxford - so no office. A lot of what he said didn't add up, a lot of red flags, obviously he's very money oriented. We decided against renting from him, found a better property, less money and nicer landlord.

Property rating
The property itself seems 'ok', very small for a 1 bed mind and nothing like the advert said. The advert said it was newly refurbished with new wooden floors! It was not newly refurbished at all, and the floors were an old carpet. Landlord priced the property very high as well.
