Landlord rating
Sarah is a great landlord, she takes pride in her role and is keen to keep everything ship shape and in good order. We mostly communicate through WhatsApp which is convenient and Sarah is usually quick to respond. During our three year stay, we have always got on well with Sarah, and she even sent us a card and bottle of prosecco when we got married.

Property rating
We fell in love with the place straight away because it was perfect for us as a young professional couple and the landlord, Sarah, was warm and kind. The 1st floor flat has a hall area off the main building hallway, from which all other areas can be accessed.
The 6 rooms are a good size; the hall is open and has two storage cupboards off it, there is a large main double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe; a decent size guest room/office with fold out sofa bed and desk; a large clean bathroom with shower fitted over the bathtub; a decent size living room/dining room area, and a kitchen with under the counter fridge, freezer, oven, and washing machine. There is also an additional storage space and access to a garage for keeping our bikes safe.
We run a dehumidifier fairly regularly so when we spotted mold one time, we were initially concerned, but the landlords investigated and found an issue with the extractor unit from the bathroom, which they promptly replaced, and they treated the damaged area and it hasn't been a problem since.
The whole flat is maintained in a good condition, and the landlords have other properties in the building so they are active in maintenance and repairs as necessary. Off street parking is a bonus!

Area rating
The local area of Iffley is like a quiet village on the edge of Oxford. Walking down by the nearby river, there are a few nice pubs to choose from, it's only a 10 minute walk to Templar's Square for shops and supermarkets, and there's no through road so it's only traffic coming in or out of the village.
