The worst agency I've experienced (and I've rented through many agents). Terrible communication, over-priced, don't repair anything, slow to solve problems (rarely solve anything at all), tried to charge 2/3 of deposit unlawfully (in dispute with TDS). Advise against strongly!

3 bedrooms and a bathroom, nice size but in bad need of repairs and maintenance. Very small kitchen, though. Mould quite difficult to tackle and mouse problem at times.
