Landlord rating
We had a number of questions to clarify regarding furniture in the house, and parking onsite among other things. On speaking, he appeared friendly enough but we found some things did not quite make sense to us and communication felt uncertain. Just before we sent the deposit we paused to ask some questions and he then explained that standard procedure was to discuss all the applications with the ‘office’ (even before references) and the next day we received a rejection email.

2 bedrooms, although one of them currently doesn’t have a bed. Landlord suggested he could bring in another bed if there was a spare from another house or in their stockroom, although we felt this might have been problematic. Refurbished and new appliances.
