One-bed flat on the ground floor (flat 2). It looked good, modern finish etc and was generally fine, though really shoddily furnished.
For two people the furnishing was just impossible - a tiny, hard sofa and a tiny, basic wardrobe. We asked if the agency could remove these so we could buy our own, but they refused, so we had to fit the additional furniture around what was there - no mean feat for such a tiny flat. The agent also told us he didn't have access to the out-house to store extra furniture, which we later discovered was not true, as workers accessed it for tools etc.
The main issue was the location - next to a lot of restaurants - which I believe led to the main issue we faced, which was cockroaches. We also found a mouse trap (complete with mouse) left by previous tenants.
Also very noisy, day and night - more than you'd expect even for the location.
