It was ok. Just about liveable. A lot of stuff was broken, there was mould. Generally dingy. The landlord refused to fix everything.

All repairs and maintenance of the property were done by the landlord who clearly wanted to spend as little time and money as possible. With a little more care, it could be a nice place to live.
