The property is falling apart, freezing, has holes everywhere so gets mice and the landlord did nothing. We had balcony doors that had a hole at the bottom so the doors didn’t meet properly allowing rodents in. I kid you not - the landlord came to inspect it, took a used washing up sponge from our sink and stuck it to the floor with bathroom sealant to fill in the gap.
