A Firstly As you walk in the porch area is tiny. You have to fit in side ways and there is literally no space at all.
Was only given one set of keys and initially was property a Chubb lock but this never happened. So no real security either.

As you walk into the hallway, to the right is the living room. Be careful of the tiles in the fireplace. They will literally fall off as they are super glued together. The landlord will then try to blame you for the poor build quality as a cheap way to get the repaired.

Same again as you walking the second room, the dining room. Be very careful of the tiles.

As you go into the kitchen. Although the kitchen ‘looks’ new it’s not. The only new item is the cooker and the extractor hood.
Literally after a week mould started to grow in the cupboards and again the landlord will blame you.

Once the bathroom is filthy. Although it will look shiny and brand new in the pictures buts it’s never really had a revamp. The shower is terrible and the pressure is annoyingly slow.

The only good thing about this house is the garden. Although lots of work needed. Good size though.
